Status of these terms
These are launch-draft terms only. A customer is not moved to a paid production contract until the commercial order, scope, data-processing terms and final legal terms have been approved and accepted.
Permitted use
- Use the platform only for the organisation and users covered by the agreed plan.
- Protect credentials, enable required security controls and promptly report suspected misuse.
- Do not upload unlawful content, probe another tenant, bypass controls or present unreviewed platform output as authoritative regulatory advice.
Compliance responsibility
ComplAIOS structures work, evidence and reporting. It does not replace professional legal, regulatory, tax or supervisory judgement. Customers remain responsible for verifying applicability, deadlines, submissions and decisions with the relevant official source and adviser.
Service and commercial terms
Plan, entitlement, price, tax, payment, renewal, support and implementation terms are governed by the approved quote, order or contract. Manual invoice and bank transfer are the current assisted-pilot payment path; public self-service payment is not yet active.
Suspension and termination
Toplorgical may restrict access to protect customers, the platform or legal obligations. The final agreement must define notice, cure periods, export windows, retention and liability before unrestricted public launch.
